We bought a house where we could only see in virtually. Nick Walker made sure to take the extra time for us to know what we were buying and he suggested an inspector that knew we weren’t going to see the house before purchase and the inspector did a really good job pointing out absolutely everything. Nick was always responsive to messaging and phone calls as well as working with our realtor in Florida to help us close on both homes at the same time. If and when we go to sell this house we will utilize Nick to help us.
